Cada producto LOGIC viene con el servicio y soporte que tu necesitas. Solo observa todo lo que adquieres con nuestros productos.\n\nLOGIC garantiza que sus productos est\u00e1n libres de defecto de material y de mano de obra. El periodo de garant\u00eda es de un (1) a\u00f1o y tres (3) meses para los accesorios que son parte del paquete original, incluyendo la bater\u00eda. La garant\u00eda comienza con la fecha de compra del el usuario final quien deber\u00e1 presentar una factura o recibo de compra al momento de solicitar un servicio de garant\u00eda. En caso contrario, el periodo de garant\u00eda ser\u00e1 contabilizado desde la fecha de fabricaci\u00f3n del producto. LOGIC se compromete a reparar sin costo para el cliente aquellos productos que presenten defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n de material y\/o mano de obra durante el periodo de garant\u00eda y siempre que el defecto ocurra bajo condiciones normales de uso y de acuerdo con las instrucciones y especificaciones del manual de usuario.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Si desea retornar un producto defectuoso, por favor contacte al Departamento de RMA de LOGIC v\u00eda email a: support@logicmobility.com y solicite un Formulario de RMA.<\/p>

2. Por favor llene completamente el Formulario de RMA y env\u00edelo al siguiente correo electr\u00f3nico: support@logicmobility.com<\/p>

3. El Departamento de RMA de LOGIC podr\u00eda evaluar su requerimiento y enviarle devuelta un Numero de RMA si procede y las instrucciones para retornar el producto defectuoso.<\/p>

4. Por favor no retornar ning\u00fan producto a LOGIC si usted no tiene un Numero v\u00e1lido de RMA.<\/p>

5. LOGIC no proveer\u00e1 servicio de Garant\u00eda si usted no sigue el procedimiento de reclamo de un RMA y las instrucciones indicadas en el Formulario de Retorno.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Si el cliente no presenta una factura o recibo de compra de su distribuidor, operadora telef\u00f3nica o tienda.<\/p>

2. Si la garant\u00eda est\u00e1 expirada (Consultar por reparaciones de equipos fuera de garant\u00eda).<\/p>

3. Si el N\u00famero de Serie o IMEI del producto fue alterado, borrado o removido.<\/p>

4. Si el Producto presenta intervenciones no autorizadas y que causan problemas de funcionamiento.<\/p>

5. Uso indebido, mal uso, negligencia o uso diferente al especificado en el manual de usuario.<\/p>

6. Si Producto presenta problemas causados por \n software de terceros, por software no \n autorizado o por \n instalaciones\/configuraciones realizadas por \n personas no autorizadas por LOGIC.<\/p>

7. Problemas causados durante el env\u00edo o transporte del producto.<\/p>

8. La garant\u00eda no es transferible si el producto ha sido robado, extraviado o perdido.<\/p>

9. Problemas causados por accidentes como incendios, variaci\u00f3n de voltaje, exposici\u00f3n a sustancias qu\u00edmicas, humedad, derrame de l\u00edquidos o alimentos, arena, insectos o vandalismo.<\/p>

10. Problemas causados por acci\u00f3n de la naturaleza tales como tormentas el\u00e9ctricas, condiciones ambientales extremas, terremotos, inundaciones, etc.<\/p>

11. La garant\u00eda no cubre defectos cosm\u00e9ticos causados por desgaste en el uso normal, exposici\u00f3n al sol, golpes o rasgaduras en los lentes de la c\u00e1mara, bater\u00edas, pantalla LCD, etc. O cualquier defecto cosm\u00e9tico o de ensamble que no sea de fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

12. Si el producto fue utilizado con accesorios distintos a la marca LOGIC, tal como kits de manos libre, bater\u00edas, etc.<\/p>

13. Si el producto esta f\u00edsicamente roto o presenta golpes o da\u00f1os distintos a la de un defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

14. Si la bater\u00eda fue cargada con cargadores diferentes a los originales de LOGIC o si la bater\u00eda fue usada en equipos de diferente marca o usada en condiciones diferentes a sus especificaciones.<\/p>

15. Si el producto presenta sus sellos de garant\u00eda rotos, alterados o removidos.<\/p>

16. Si el producto se utiliza en redes de telefon\u00eda diferentes a las aprobadas y homologadas por el operador o proveedor del servicio telef\u00f3nico. Consecuentemente LOGIC no es responsable por la operaci\u00f3n, estabilidad, cobertura de se\u00f1al o cualquier servicio otorgado por el operador telef\u00f3nico.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

LOGIC no se hace responsable por el rendimiento del software Android suministrado por Google y\/o cualquier error o falla de software. LOGIC no provee soporte para el sistema operativo Android, ni ofrece soporte t\u00e9cnico ni se responsabiliza por cualquier software Android o software basado en Android u otros software de terceros que el usuario pueda descargar, instalar y\/o comprar.\nDurante el servicio de garant\u00eda, LOGIC y sus Centros Autorizados podr\u00e1n reparar el producto usando partes nuevas o reacondicionadas. Las partes defectuosas remplazadas ser\u00e1n propiedad de LOGIC.\nLOGIC y sus Centros Autorizados de Servicio se reservan el derecho de rechazar una garant\u00eda si el producto no se ajusta a los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones establecidos en esta P\u00f3liza de Garant\u00eda Limitada. En este caso el Cliente recibir\u00e1 una cotizaci\u00f3n de reparaci\u00f3n y podr\u00e1 libremente optar por reparar el producto o recibirlo devuelta en las mismas condiciones como enviado.<\/p>

NOTE: Antes de enviar el producto a LOGIC, por favor respalde su informaci\u00f3n o datos desde el producto y retire cualquier medio de almacenamiento. LOGIC no asume ninguna responsabilidad por p\u00e9rdidas de datos o software.<\/p>

ESTA GARANT\u00cdA LIMITADA LE OTORGA DERECHOS LEGALES ESPEC\u00cdFICOS Y USTED QUIZAS PUEDA TENER OTROS DERECHOS QUE VARIAN DE ESTADO EN ESTADO O DE PAIS EN PAIS.
